Josette Smith received a Master’s degree in Social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. Josette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). She is also a Certified Professional life Coach.
